Where do you ship from?

As watchband.direct we are a direct to consumer business, working together with selected manufacturers with warehouses in the US and Asia. Products shipped from US warehouses have their storage location mentioned in the delivery details.

How can I track my order status?

Once a shipment has been made you will get an email with your tracking information. Detailed tracking is available on our website via https://watchband.direct/apps/trackorder.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do offer free shipping on all orders above $39 order value.

USPS won't show my tracking status - What can I do?

USPS only reflects the tracking status for the last miles once the shipment has been cleared by US customs and was injected into the USPS delivery network. Since your product is shipped from overseas with a delivery time of up to three weeks, the majority of tracking events will be trackable via our onsite tracking system https://watchband.direct/apps/trackorder or directly via https://global.cainiao.com.

Can I still change my order after placing it?

If you need to change details for your order after you placed it, we encourage you to give us the updated details as soon a possible. As soon as orders have been shipped or processed by the warehouse, changes are no longer possible.


What happens if I don't like my band?

In case you are not happy with the product you received, simply get in touch with us via support@watchband.direct . We will then process your return, send you a return label and refund your payment once the return has been processed by our return warehouse.

How do I make a exchange?

If you want to exchange your products for another design or a completely different band, we will start with processing a standard return and ship out the exchange products, once the original return has been processed by our return warehouse.

Are returns free of charge?

Yes, we will never charge you for a return.

When can I expect my refund?

Refund will be issued once your return has been processed by our return warehouse. This usually takes 2-3 days after arrival of your return.

How are discounts handled when returning part of my order?

Discounts will be deducted when refunding your order if they no longer apply to your order after returning selected items. Order wide discounts will be credited to your products pro-rata while individually discounted products will be refunded before non discounted products.

What types of watch bands do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of watch bands, including leather, stainless steel, rubber, and silicone. We also have a selection of classic, vintage, and modern styles to choose from.

How do I know which size to pick?

You have to order the strap length that suits your watch’s lug width. This is measured in millimeters. If your watch is an choppy length (ex: 17mm), and we do not have this length on stock, we advice sizing down to subsequent millimeter length (ex: 16mm).
For smartwatches with complex sizing options like apple solo loops, we provide sizing guides on the product page.

Do I need a special tool to change my watch band?

Most watchbands can be changed without specialized tools, however we suggest using the correct watch tools if you are inexperienced with changing watchbands in order to prevent damages to your timepiece.

Installing a new watch band can vary depending on the type of watch and band you have. We recommend consulting the watch's manual or searching for a tutorial on the specific watch and band you have.

How do I care for my watch band?

Care for your watch band will depend on the type of band you have. For leather bands, we recommend treating them with a leather conditioner and avoiding getting them wet. For stainless steel bands, we recommend cleaning them with a soft cloth and mild soap. For rubber or silicone bands, we recommend cleaning them with mild soap and water and avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight.
